Can't connect to google.com web pages OSX Mojave

Hi, I noticed today that my FIrefox browser (v.75) won't connect to any Google.com web page. This problem is limited to Firefox-I have no issues connecting with Safari or Chrome, just with Firefox. I already cleared my cache, cookies, etc, but the problem persists.

FYI, I get the following specific error message:

"An error occurred during a connection to google.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR"

I think I solved my own problem with the recommended setting from here: https://www.fixyourbrowser.com/browser/firefox/pr_connect_reset_error-error-firefox/
