googleads links won't connect apparenly because their cert is self signed

Posted

when a google search returns several item with pictures and links to companies selection of the ad goes to a page "Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue" "www.googleadservices.com has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site." This only recently became a problem (2 months) but upgrades of firefox seem to have brought it.
