Hi tmbarnett, Go to: 3-bar Menu -> Help -> Troubleshooting Information Scroll down to the Extensions section In the ID column, on the right, look for {8a92dfad-6dc6-443b-9848-fe87c7986dd0} then, look in the left column for the extensions Name.

Then go to: 3-bar Menu -> Add-ons Find the extension and either disable it or remove it.

This is about the random UUID and not about the ID, so you need to check this via about:debugging or possibly the extensions.webextensions.uuids pref on the about:config page.
