Nameless plugin (Plugin "" crashed) crashes on Amazon music and Crunchyroll
Every time i try to play music on Amazon Music or a video on Crunchyroll, some nameless plugin crashes and i can't stream the media files. If i try to send a report, nothing happens. It's not even listed in about:crashes. The funny thing is, that even if crunchyrolls videos are embedded into another website, the plugin crashes there too. But since it doesn't show a plugin name, i'm not sure what crashes there exactly... I tried to start firefox in safe mode and even reinstalled it, nothing changes, so it can't be my add-ons (i disabled / deinstalled them).
I hope, someone can help me.

Press the information link. What does it say?
Make sure that all programs and system files are up to date.
Windows, Firefox, all Plugins and everything else is up to date, i just checked.
The link just redirects me to this (german website incoming!) There's nothing more to it, no crash report window or anything.
Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Now in the Reply Box on the forum page, do a right-click in the box and select Paste.
If the data is too big, do not worry. It's the top part we need to look at.
This will show us your system details. No Personal Information Is Collected.

Yes, it's up to date. I just reinstalled the newest version to check, no changes.

Amazon Music works fine on my Windows 10 machines.
Have you tried Windows Safe Mode (which is different from Firefox Safe Mode)?

If Windows 10 safe mode doesn't work then try scanning your system for malware using malwarebytes.

Hey Roland and sorry for this late reply. I actually kinda forgot about this ticket.
It turns out, that it seems to be a problem with my pc. Using my laptop with a synced firefox account amazon musicruns fine, even the app. I had the same add-ons, same settings, etc. Even after completly reinstalling my OS, the problem keeps occuring, so i believe something is going wrong on my end. I still haven't found a solution to this problem, but if i do, i'll reply to this thread again.

Edit: I just remembered, that the website is now working properly in regards of playing music, but if i connect my second monitor, as soon as the music starts the monitor stops displaying my desktop and just looses the connection. It's not crashing, just flickering and turning black. That proves my point of it being some kind of windows-related problem even further, even though i have absolutly no idea, what causes such a weird problem. The app is still crashing though.

Well, icouldn't send a crash-report before. Clicking the button didn't do anything.
No, it doesn't matter whether i had flash active or not. I can't replicate that problem now, because after the reinstallation of my OS the problem changed to this monitor-crash-thing. And again, i'm not sure if that is firefox related :D
