I have tried many of the fixes in the help section but I am still unable to access Pinterest through Firefox. It says content is blocked. Please help. I am on a Mac desktop if that is needed.

What is saying that content is blocked? What is the information on the web page? Can you post a screenshot of that page? Can you post the address from the address bar when you get that page?

I rather suspect an outside service causing this.

Hello,

So I can see the email with Pinterest pins, but then when I click on an individual Pinterest pic in the email I get the attached. I am never able to go to Pinterest and save the pin. This has been happening for weeks. I never had a problem before. It seems to be some kind of update issue. I have gone into settings many times but cannot figure out how to override it. Also, when I click on the pin and it enlarges in a new window with the blocked notice, I then have to quit out of my email in order to go back and do anything. It crashes my email viewing. Weird.

I see, my initial suspicion is likely incorrect.

In your firefox menu → Preferences → Privacy & Security → under Enhanced Tracking Protection you may check to see if this is set to Strict or a Custom setting which is too strict, you may be blocking something required for content to load properly. You might just add the pinterest.com domain to the Exceptions. The same would apply if you use any script or ad blocking extensions - they may be blocking necessary domains or scripts necessary for the proper functioning of the pinning-from-webmail.

The system details provided by you visiting the support forum indicate you don't use a Pinterest extension / add-on (or any other extensions). Is that accurate?
