constant crashing, tried resetting firefox, uninstall/reinstall, safe mode, its always crashing. thought it was something malware, checked and got nothing back from my software. I think it could be a RAM problem since I only got 4gb but this never happened before so i dont know

Chosen solution

Realized that gmail and youtube playing in the background was the main cause for the constant crashing. I've since upgraded my laptop to 8gb ram, no issues. Thanks for everything

I think it could be a RAM problem . . . .

MemTest LAST UPDATED : 27/09/2013 Could you please run a tool from http://memtest.org/ in order to check the integrity of your RAM?

You will need a thumb or disk drive to install it on.

thought it was something malware

You may have ad/mal-ware. Further information can be found in this article; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

constant crashing

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

I checked for malware using malwarebytes and synmantec endpoint protection. Nothing suspicious shows us.

Here are the crash report ID's: bp-004107f9-9091-48c8-aa21-95bcc0191024 bp-9e92cbc3-c276-401e-a948-96fe60191024 bp-f077704d-4c83-462c-84b2-7a98d0191024 bp-db8af165-6272-47fe-8de1-a4ede0191024 bp-9cc9b518-b314-4078-9918-5ad360191024 bp-b5993e74-ad85-4887-935a-596d50191024 bp-f1a2c38a-619c-477d-a727-c2b3b0191024

these crashes happen right after I reload from a crashed tab.
