Hi kcsriley,

You will have to contact Google's support if you're having trouble accessing your Google Account. Here is a Google support page for recovering your account.

Hi kcriley,

If you simply need to login to Gmail :

  • PC
  1. Go to gmail.com
  2. Enter your email or phone number
  3. Enter your password

To sign in to your device add your account :

  • Iphones & Ipad & Android
  1. Open Gmail
  2. Tap your profile picture
  3. Tap Add another account
