I have added an extension and the fonts are crowded and almost not legible. What can I change? Before my computer was wiped clean, I did not have this issue.
Please refer to image, nothing else is showing up this way.

Hi Btryman!
I understand you're having issues with crowded fonts. By chance did you already try to disable or update the extension you just added to see if that fixed the problem?
You could try opening Firefox in Safe Mode. To do this :
1. Click the hamburger 3-bar menu in the top right of your web browser 2. Click Help (?) towards the bottom of the list 3. Click Restart with Add-ons Disabled... 4. Click Restart 5. Choose Start in Safe Mode 6. Check if the problem went away. If it has fixed, you can enable/disable extensions after you restart to isolate which one is giving you the issue.
If it hasn't you could try the recommended steps in this article linked below.

Modified
Hi Btryman, is that the only menu that has the problem -- no problems with normal toolbar button menus or web content?
On the Options page, have you customized your "minimum" font size? This would sometimes cause issues on web pages, too, but just in case, try to avoid any minimum font size larger than 10. If you need to enlarge fonts, there are more proportional ways to do it.
Here's another way to check that:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste font.min and pause while the list is filtered
If any of the sizes are customized, they should appear bold and have the word "modified" in the status column. You can right-click > Reset to restore the normal (no minimum) setting, or double-click and choose a number no larger than 10.
Anything unusual there?
