Hi Aneek,

If you would like to create a new profile you can by typing about:profiles in the address bar. This will open the About Profiles page in your web browser.

You have the option of creating a new profile by clicking Create a New Profile, which prompts you to the Create Profile Wizard.

• After you have finish creating a new profile it will be listed in the Profile Manger.
• Click set as default profile underneath that profile the next time you start Firefox so it will be the profile that launches

A reinstall doesn't affect your personal data that is stored in the profile folder, so Firefox will still find your previously used profile after the reinstall.

Firefox uses two locations for the Firefox profile folder. Location used for the main profile that keeps your personal data (Root Directory on about:preferences).

• C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\

Location used for the disk cache and other temporary files (Local Directory on about:preferences).
