Yeah, that's a strange one.

Ordinarily, in this situation I would recommend a malware scan because it appears that it's not a legitimate part of the page. However, I checked on my computer as well and it also happens for me.

It appears to be just something that the website developers accidentally left in. Perhaps something that they were testing and forgot to remove before they published the website.

Other than perhaps being a minor annoyance, it doesn't seem to be anything harmful. Reporting the issue to your bank may result in them fixing it though.

I would not try to log in right now in case their system has been compromised.

Question owner

Thanks to the three who responded. I am still concerned as it is a bank, and I am not getting this on ANY other banks or other websites.

I talked to the bank & they said to check with another browser while on the phone with them: Doesn't show up in Chrome, so it's a non-issue as far as they are concerned.

Tried incognito mode--still there Tried safe mode--still there

If it is showing up on other people's Firefox, but not in other browsers, doesn't this speak to an issue Firefox should look into?

Thanks again for any help. Allie
