I clicked on a OKCupid link which I know was a valid link to OKCupid. But then mysteriously Firefox took me to the link http://apps5868.hardmonday6.agency/8140187015/?u=gg4p605&o=5ffwrnh&f=1 which has nothing to do with OKCupid.

I have AVG running and that hasn't picked up anything.

What could the problem be?

Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

What is it, an ad?

You may have ad/mal-ware. Further information can be found in this article; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
