I still cant get live tv on Mozilla. It says it is the flash player. I have the plugin added and i don't see the issue in the menu bar
I dont see the plug in for flash player in the menu bar as your example shows. Here is a screen shot:

I don't think you have the Flash plugin installed. You need to get it directly from Adobe, its publisher. This page will point you to it, but make sure to uncheck any unwanted "extras" in the center column.

The site you are using may be blocked due to being implemented in a way that could cause problems. If this is the case, you may need to follow the instructions in this article: The Flash plugin is blocked on some sites by default.
Please let me know how you go after disabling the blocking functionality. Also, don't forget to re-enable it after you are done testing.
