cascading windows in firefox
when I open Firefox there is a cascade of windows that open and it goes straight to outlook emails it's so annoying.bold text

Thank you jscher2000 the list of issues wasn't the exact problem I was experiencing. As stated it opened up Outlook even if I previously didn't have Outlook open at all. There was approximately 3 blank windows that opened up simultaneously and it was so annoying. I've managed to play around in the settings and whatever I've done it worked, don't really remember the steps I took and don't really care. However I really appreciated you getting onto supporting me so promptly. Many thanks!

Does Firefox seem to be restoring your previous session windows and tabs at startup? That could happen for two reasons:
(1) That checkbox is selected on the Options page
(2) Firefox is performing a crash recovery because it didn't shut down cleanly -- to avoid this, use the Exit command on the menu to shut down Firefox
On the other hand, if these are a random set of windows and tabs, or from an old session, we'll need to suggest some other steps.
