I am having lots of problems when I try to use Firefox. I tried to accept the idea of updating but nothing is working right. I cannot even print my e-mails. What am I doing wrong? I was told I had to sync another device, and I gave my mobile phone # but did not really want to do that. Can I just keep the old firefox?

Hello, the simplest way to solve the problem would just be to delete Firefox and reinstall it. If you are trying to download an older version of Firefox, although not recommended, it is possible. You can search up old versions of Firefox and it should come up. I hope this helps.
