Hi xutianshu, can you give a link to a page online that demonstrates this problem?
Also, your Firefox identified itself to the forum as version 47. As you may know, the current versions of Firefox are:
- Regular release: 64.0.2 (Installers)
- Extended Support Release (ESR): 60.4.0esr (Installers)
(Note for 64-bit Windows users: How to switch from 32-bit to 64-bit Firefox)
If something is holding you back from upgrading Firefox, please let us know so we can suggest solutions or workarounds. Version 47 is not secure.
