This file has shown up in a cleanup sweep which asked if I wanted to delete it. I would like to delete it if it is not needed but I don't know what it is. Any thoiughts on this XFSETUP-E86A.

I did a web search but found no information. What is the full name and the path to it?

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Thank you. I enquired, but Xfinity denied everything, not that the person taking my call should know everything..

Do I need it or is it OK to delete it?

Rename or move it. Then reboot. See if something is calling that file.
