Can't change headers and footers in print preview

1. I cannot save footers/headers (only "cancel")

2. I need to clear all "print_" settings at once (how do you print portrait images/schematics in Firefox otherwise?). I don't need borders and (additional style added by browser)

3. Last items on panel would be nice
