Is there ANY WAY to import my bookmarks from my desktop to my phone???

Firefox Quantum 58.0.1 Desktop browser. Firefox Account logged in, Sync settings checked: Bookmarks, Logins, History.

Firefox Mobile browser 58.0.1. Firefox Account logged in, Sync settings checked: Bookmarks, Logins, History.

Hit 'Sync now' - allow to finish. No bookmarks, history, etc. Bookmarks section shows a big grey star and the words, "Bookmarks you save show up here." Restart browser, no bookmarks, history, etc. Nothing seems to work since the browser was updated a few months ago.
