I sync my desktop toolbar to my mobile devices, but they're buried behind multiple clicks. Is there a quick way to my synced toolbar bookmarks?

The toolbar bookmarks are my quick way to my regularly visited sites. I'd like to similarly have oneclick access on my iDevices, so I've synced them. However, on my iDevices I have to click the menu, then desktop bookmarks then toolbar bookmarks, at least! In this day and age, I expect to sync important things and have them easily accessible. Two extra clicks (and the associated memory) doesn't sound like much, but it's a significant shift from the ease on the desktop, and is interfering with my choice to switch entirely to Firefox. Safari has toolbars on the iPad, and oneclick accessible on the iPhone. Can that be prioritized if it's not already available? Thanks. Latest versions of iOS (11.1.2), always, and latest version of Firefox (auto-maintained). Similar on desktop (new Quantum) on High Sierra.
