can firefox bookmarks look like the large icons in Opra's bookmaks, easy to use for those who have eye issues

Due to the Bookmark setup, with large bookmarked icons, in Opra have set up a friends browser to Opra so they can see what they want. My friend is sight impaired. Is there a way to get bookmarked icons for the sight impaired in Firefox?
