Every time I try to open Firefox I get a message from Microsoft Family Features

"Sign in to send your request You need to sign back in to your Microsoft account so you can send your parent a request to view this page."

I am the parent. There are some trees and a parent flying a kite with a child in the page. I have tried but cannot turn this off. The browser is unusable. I have uninstalled and re-installed but nothing changes

Right click on Firefox.exe and select Properties. Now select Compatibility. Turn Off Run This Program In Compatibility Mode, and Run This Program As An Administrator.

Do the same for any Firefox shortcuts you have. Now restart Firefox.

Did as you said and hasn't worked. Under the 'Run in compatability Mode' there is no Windows 10 option

Tried it turned off. Still not working.

When I run the compatibility troubleshooter it tests it as (Windows Compatibility Mode - Windows 8)

When you click that link, you can ask for help, in more than one way. Have you tried that  ? You mention that the message comes from Microsoft Family Features, something must be wrong on their end.
