how do I reset the password FireFTP set up for a church

The church secretary created a website thru FireFTP. The password she left is not correct. The webpage has not been updated since 2014. We would like to update it with current information.

You should contact her or the website admin.

What you can do in Firefox is to update your currently saved password for the webpage by inputing the new one in the password field of the webpage when you login. A popup should appear after you press Enter (or click login) asking you to update the password for the current webpage.

Is the problem with setting up or updating the FireFTP extension, or you do not have the correct FTP password for the website?

As a side note, this is a very capable FTP program you could try instead of FireFTP:
