Been surfing some old trends to find some information about Dingit. Still pops in on occasion. I had a friend of mine getting redirected to this website through an ad.... Quite a helpful approach here. I can second that Malwarebytes and Adwcleaner are great tools of cleanup. Oh, and I found this guide that people might be interested in.
