My history is on file from yesterday. As I said I don't know what to do anymore except get rid of your product. The last answer said it probably was local. I don't know what that means. Do you have any way of speaking with me as Apple Support does?

Hi, Your frustration is totally understandable,   but would you please go back to   /questions/1144667   and maybe somebody will be able to talk you through it all one step at a time.
