In many cases, this is a setting set by the website developer. It is usually implemented for security and privacy reasons.

If the websites also log you out after being idle on another browser (like Internet Explorer), then this website has setup the timeout feature and there is nothing that can be done to prevent this because it is controlled entirely by that website.

thank you Wesley , it happens only with Firefox, and the site's technical support say it is due to Firefox security sitting , but i can't solve it ,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu, choose History, and then "Clear Recent History...".
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the "Clear Now" button.

Further information can be found in the Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox article.

Yes, we appear to be having some issues with images on the forum at the moment.

Ensure that if you are using custom history settings, that you have selected Accept cookies from sites and that you have it set to Always accept them and until they expire. Also ensure that the Clear history when Firefox closes setting is not selected.

If those are your settings and you are still experiencing issues, please ensure that there are no programs on your operating system setup to automatically clear your cache and cookies after a certain period of time.
