Hello chris.beardsley, yes the MeasureIt seems broken in 45, see the reviews, needs a fix from the developer.

Note that the Developer Toolbox settings ("3-bar" menu button or Tools > Web Developer) come with buttons to enable a ruler on web pages and measure the size of an element.
