I feel unsafe and worried when i came to know service providers can track us. This makes me feel my privacy being transparent which is same as browsing any other search drivers. I dont think using mozilla gets me any advantage for privacy and this makes me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. Please suggest. Thanks

All the data that you access on the Web is routed through your service provider's server. Service providers have always been able to track your activities on the Web.

Mozilla Firefox does give you an advantage protecting your privacy by blocking the trackers from various websites. This does not mean that it can block your service providers from tracking your activity. You, or rather Firefox does not have the authority to block your ISP from tracking your activities. You just need to trust them and their system. Remember that your ISP and the search engines are two different entities. A reliable service provider coupled with Firefox on your system will definitely help you protect your privacy.

Hope this helps! :)
