Add-ons dont show up in customize menu

I'm having this issue https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1155413.

Most of my Add-Ons show up in the Add-On manager but not in the Customize menu. AdBlock plus shows up and I can add it as a toolbar but HTTPS Everywhere and LastPass don't show up. Only "Menu Toolbar" and "Bookmarks Toolbar" show up in "Show/Hide Toolbars". I have tried deleting the extension.* files, the configuration.ini file, restoring the default settings in the Customize menu and nothing seems to work. Can anyone help me with this?
