How to install a root CA certificate in firefox on OS X through command line or programmatically?

Posted

Firefox doesn't accept certificates from OS-X keychain. How can I programmatically insert root certificates then? Asking thousands of users to manually import a certificate is not an option. Any help would be appreciable.
