Why doesn't my password from my start page work on this site?
I use my password to access my sync and everything else except the Mozilla support pages. Keeps telling me bad password.
edit: removed your mail address from public display, since the only thing it will attract are spam bots. you will be notified per mail once somebody replies to the thread. (philipp)

I believe this support site still has a separate username/password system from other Mozilla sites and services. Hopefully someday you will have a single sign-in option, but I don't think that day has come just yet.
