Please first try the following to make sure that it does not crash because of a common issue:

  1. Temporarily disable hardware acceleration and add ons by trying Firefox in Safe Mode: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode
  2. Use a little less memory and see if there are some performance improvements: Firefox uses too much memory or CPU resources - How to fix
  3. Check if there is anything blocking a page, there was an anitvirus listed in your modules, it may have caught something: Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware

That could be a problem with Trusteer software.

Make sure that you have the latest updates of your Trusteer software. You can try to contact Trusteer for support.

Try to update or uninstall and reinstall Trusteer Rapport and if that doesn't help then disable/stop the program for now.

  • Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport
  • bug 1159484 - Firefox 37.0.2 crashes with Trusteer Rapport
