I will be looking at a website, nothing in particular all of a sudden the screen reverts back to my desktop. I have waited several minutes for the website / Firefox to reappear, it will not reappear til I move my mouse. I think this is very strange. when it does reappear, it is on the same page with my cursor at the same position. I do not get any "crash" warnings or any kind of notice of what is happening. The screen I was looking at simply disappears and reappears when I touch my mouse. Has anyone encountered this before? Or is it my friends playing tricks on me? Just because I am paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't messing with me? Seriously can someone help me with this dilemma? Thank you in advance. Biomac121

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
