I keep getting a pop-up box, says "enter your network P/W" and the user name & P/W slots are filled in -- but when I click "accept" it doesn't accept and the P

Look at the top right of the message box. What does it say?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites.
