Why does my browser version 35.0 not work unless I move my mouse?

I have tested this and version 32 works. I believe this is a regression issue because it was a problem with an old version. I have reproduced the issue on multiple web sites like yahoo.com, wallstreetsystemsinc.com, sourceforge. The problem is reproduced with every version >32 and = 35.0. The problem occurs on multiple computers in my office. The problem makes our users think the internet is down because it stops dead in it's tracks until the mouse is moved. The issue is not malware as malwarebytes and other virus/malware scanners do not find issues on the host computers. The issue is not hardware acceleration as this has been disabled on multiple computers. The issue is reproducable in safe mode with means Add-Ons are not the issue. The problem is annoying and total stop so we downgrade to V32 or switch to Chrome or Safari if the user complains.

hi ppwclev, for testing purposes can you try boot windows into safemode with networking enabled once and see how firefox is behaving there?

it might not be always malware causing it but other external programs as well. in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=933733#c172 a sreenshot utility was identified as another cause as well for example...
