Hi,

I was going to download an app (this one: https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/runrecorder?src=search) on my phone, but it came up with an error: "Sorry, we had trouble fetching this app's data. Please try again later."

It's a hosted app, so I figured it may have been a weird problem with the marketplace. So I went to the actual web page of the app, but it didn't load. All other pages on my phone load fine, and all other apps download fine too.

The weird thing is, using my laptop (or an FXOS simulator), the page loads perfectly fine, and the app downloads with no problems whatsoever. It loads fine on everything I've tried, except for my phone.

I've tried restarting already, as well as logging out of my marketplace account and logging back in, to no avail.

Any ideas? Thanks.

EDIT: Resetting my phone and flashing my phone didn't work either. It's still just this one website. I don't understand...

Okay, I've got it to work. Basically, I had to connect it to a different network, and download it through there. It was a wifi problem apparently.

Which is weird, since my other devices use the same network and they work fine... Oh well. Everything's good now.

Which phone? What version of Firefox OS?

ZTE Open C, Firefox OS 1.3.

EDIT: Even intentionally bricking my phone and restoring it didn't work. Could this be a hardware fault?
