Refresh button too small, in wrong place

The refresh button in Firefox is too small, and in the wrong place. With Chrome it is left of the address bar and is an appropriate size. In Firefox, it is too small and on the right size.

How can I increase the button size and move it to the left of the address bar?

The refresh button has been "small" and the the Location Bar right-side since Firefox 4.0. What changed with Firefox 29 (7 months ago) is that it can't be moved out of the Location Bar any longer.

Take a look at the Classic Theme Restorer for a refresh button that can be moved, along with a lot more "classic" features. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/classicthemerestorer/

I understand it has been this way for a while. If you review my question history, you'll see this has been a frustration of mine since a long time. I've already tried that addon and see no way to increase the Refresh button size. I also don't see a way to move the Refresh button, I've looked through all the options.

Sorry, I don't use Classic Theme Restorer myself. I happen to like the positioning of the Reload / Stop button. Plus, I use F5 to reload a page far more often than that "button".

The developer of Classic Theme Restore has a support thread over here - http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=2827985&start=1860 - [starting with the most recent postings]. 125 pages worth, so I'm pretty sure the answer has already been posted by other CTR users.

No luck, CTR is "not possible" to do those things or at least moving it to the left. Frustrating.
