First I am going to need some more information about this. I'm going to need to know when this happens. Does it happen right when you try to start Firefox? Also it would be very help full to see the full crash report. So I am going to need you to click that box that says tell Mozilla. Then I am going to need you to take a look at this article . Thank you for getting that information. It was a lot of help. After reviewing the crash report it seems that the thing causing the crash is a library named mpk.dll. This is not part of Firefox. When I looked on the internet for more information about this the .dll looks to be linked to malware and keyloggers. I would recommend getting anti virus / anti spyware such as AVG, Norton, Mcafee if you don't have it already. Also many internet service providers do provide it for free with there service. Update the definitions and run a full system scan. If you need anymore information about this please look at this article .

I cleaned the computer from viruses and still got the same problem, the problem is not only with me but also with other users. :(
