Hi Shomy, I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem. I'd be happy to help you get this problem fixed.

First I am going to need some more information about this. I'm going to need to know when this happens. Does it happen right when you try to start Firefox? Also it would be very help full to see the full crash report. So I am going to need you to click that box that says tell Mozilla. Then I am going to need you to take a look at this article . If at all possible give use the crash ID. That will help us to help you.

Thank you for getting that information. It was a lot of help. After reviewing the crash report it seems that the thing causing the crash is a library named mpk.dll. This is not part of Firefox. When I looked on the internet for more information about this the .dll looks to be linked to malware and keyloggers. I would recommend getting anti virus / anti spyware such as AVG, Norton, Mcafee if you don't have it already. Also many internet service providers do provide it for free with there service. Update the definitions and run a full system scan. If you need anymore information about this please look at this article .

Please let me know if anymore information is needed and if Firefox works normally after this.

hello, as your crash report suggests that the issue is caused by malware which is still present and active on your pc, please run a full scan of your system with different other tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner, microsoft safety scanner & kaspersky security scan.
