What's the easiest way to transfer Firefox to a PC that cannot download Firefox?
My work computer runs IE, and I want to instead use Firefox for my web browsing. However, there is an admin block on my computer that won't allow downloads of executable files. Is there a way to get Firefox on my work computer by downloading the file at home, putting it on a USB drive, and then running the file on my work computer? Any help would be appreciated.

Actually you may want the full setup and not the stub installer that is normally linked to on mozilla.org for Windows as was linked above in first post. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
However both will install Firefox and not just run Firefox.
You may consider using the portable Firefox as it can even run with Profile completely on the usb flash drive as nothing is installed. It is not done by Mozilla however they have been a trusted option for several years now with the portable Firefox version. http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable
Also be careful as some work places may not be ok in running software that is not approved for example.

Yes, Use the link below to download Firefox from home. Download Firefox
Then if you want to transfer some or all of your Firefox data from home, you can use MozBackup Download Mozbackup
So I should save the Firefox Setup .exe file on my USB drive and then run that file on my work computer?
Yes, copying it to a USB drive should work.
Also, I forgot to mention earlier that another way to transfer Firefox data (for example your bookmarks) and keep them constantly updated is by using the Sync feature.
