After I left full screen I was left with 2 address bars, how do I delete the large one created with the full screen with deleting the maing bar?

The top address or search bar is large like the size of the full screen, but it only has the first line of the bar on it. Then beneath in a separate bar is the normal address/search bar with most things on it. When I try to do anything related to the address/search bar it always affects the bottom bar, so I am afraid to try and delete the top bar.

Are you talking about the tab bar that now appears as the first toolbar (i.e. on top)?
