new computer. log into firefox, nothing is saved. pin an app, come back and it's gone. have to log into the app EVERY TIME. have to log into firefox too. why is it not saving anything???

I started with 153 version. It has not been easy. My bookmarks are from different dates, some very old. I have to make a selection. You are signing me out of Google account all the time although I did what you recommend, tell Mozilla I want to remember history, the words are a little bit ambiguous? in your rules. I tried downloading Chrome but I had been so many years with Mozilla, it is till last try, simpler and effective but I have seen little of that. I hope to learn and not to worry so much about a browser but till today it is a great worry.

I have used [email removed by moderator] for all my emails and have opened them on Firefox on this computer but can no longer login to see them. All emails are available on my i-phone and I use i-cloud for storage. I would greatly appreciate your help.

About one month ago, when I restarted Firefox, it showed that my account was disconnected. I have to go through the whole process, and it happens again after I shut down the application. On my notepad, using the same credentials, everything works fine. I placed the ticket but never received any reply. What could I try to make this application work?

I am writing to you regarding the blocking of my Mozilla account. The block occurred on August 5, 2026, after which I have been unable to use my login credentials to access the system.

I have constant access to the linked email. Prior to the block, I was able to log in successfully from my tablet, but when I tried to log in from my laptop, I immediately received a block on the first attempt. No verification code was received via email, nor did it appear in the spam folder.

I kindly ask you to investigate this situation and assist in restoring access to my account. I am ready to provide any additional information if required.

Hello I have lost my ability to access my gmail account(canadettes@gmail.com) immediately after somehow I now have to deal with Outlook!!!

When trying to create an account to sync my bookmarks, I got an "Account limit reached for this profile" error (see attached -- email address edited out).

I followed the instructions to create a new profile (a copy of my old one, so it would have the same bookmarks). When I tried to sync and create an account, I got the same error message.

What am I supposed to do?

Because there were so many attempts at password they stopped my default. I read about having to do something but I am an 85 year old woman and I am sorry but I cannot figure out how to get a ton of passwords done one by one. I sincerely hope that this be taken care of because otherwise I have no way of knowing how to get the Xfinity email to work for me.

Скачала Мозиллу и решила войти в аккаунт который зарегистрирован на почту anna_alyakr@mail.ru Однако мне всплыло окно регистрации где нужно вводить два раза пароль. Хотя аккаунт уже БЫЛ зарегистрирован, то ест произошел баг сайта/страницы/окна. Пока я это делала мне пришло письмо с кодом. Страница обновилась и вернулась на нормальное окно со входом. Я решила войти однако написано было что заблокирована страница из-за того что письмо с кодом вернулось. Конечно оно вернулось потому что я уже вошла на свою страничку!

дорогая администрация, что мне делать как мне вернуть свой аккаунт я могу предоставить всевозможные данные которые попросите, я просто хочу поскорее закончить устанавливать все приложения на ноутбук после переустановки винды потому что это тот еще геморройный процесс :((

I'm a Chinese firefox user, so the following descriptions are translated and may not be so accurate. And the attached image is also Chinese, if necessary please use a translation app or somewhat to see it. I have only one default profile in my Firefox account, and I have stored a large number of passwords and bookmarks in this default profile. For certain reasons, I signed out of this profile while retaining the local data such as passwords—meaning that, apart from not being logged in, my browser state remains exactly the same as before. Now I wish to sign back in to enable synchronization. I can see a "Sync and Save Data" button prompting me to log in. After clicking this button, I am asked to enter my username and password, but then I receive a message stating that I have reached the account limit for this profile, and that this profile was previously synced to another account. This is absurd, as I do not have another account, nor have I ever synced this profile to any so-called other account. As a result, I am unable to sign in on this current profile.

Why am I suddenly having to login to FF after every PC restart? This happens all the time now, but not on Android. Also, when I log back in I get duplicate emails with the same codes to confirm my details. What is going on?? I have not got FF set to delete data on exit.

So I got a new PC, and installed Firefox on it. When I try to log into my account on there it goes to the loading page that shows the Mozilla logo and below it says "is verifying your browser..." with a spinning loading ring. The problem is that it won't do anything else but this. I have tried Refreshing Firefox, going into Troubleshooting mode, and just waiting. But after all of that, it is still stuck on the loading page described above. Nothing is happening but the loading ring forever spinning. I can not sign into my account at all because I can't even get to the page to do so.

How do I fix this?? I really need all of my stuff on this new computer. (I'm writing this question from my old computer since I can't even log into the Support because of the same issue)

Hi Community, I wanted to send a link to my desktop pc and saw that I'm not longer logged in. So I wanted to login again with my same acount and the same password I always used. The login site of Firefox sync shows: Password is invalid, but I never changed my password!

Now on my desktop pc (still logged in) I can't set a new password because there aswell my old password says 'Password is invalid'. Whar happend? Also to set a recovery key I need the old password aswell.

After signing it, it directs me to the "open panel" which it seems like is in the upper right hand corner of the screen. When I go there it asks me to sign in again and there is no "open panel."

The Firefox VPN used to work great. Then it disappeared. When it came back, it asked me to log in so I did. After logging in, rather than letting me use the VPN, it would once more ask me to log in. The attached picture shows what it keeps prompting me.

I am switching to a new Firefox account and would like all of my current Firefox information and settings to be synced to it. I was previously signed into an old Firefox account. I have copied the old profile into a new profile, but still cannot login to the new Firefox account. How can I do so without losing access to all of my Firefox data?
