currently using FF; I do NOT have any ad blocking software installed ( that I know of) I searched my computer for the word block, and it did not show it anywhere. I also have Mozilla Seamonkey installed, but not using it. Each time I visit a news website I get a popup that claims Im using an ad blocker. I have searched all those adbocker pgms on my computer and none exist. Why am I getting these pop ups. I think I also checked the AVG pgm, but didnt see an adblocker there. How do I fix this situation from continuing

Hello, I am having and issue where my bookmarks toolbar keeps disappearing. I have the settings to have it "always show", but it is not there. I have to right click on the toolbar and select one of the other options then go back and select always show and then it reappears. What can I do to fix this? Thanks!

I have 2 instances of Firefox: I use stable for all my professional work, and I use Developer Edition (Aurora Channel) for personal things. The stable branch works fine. In Aurora though, certain key combos will not work. This even persists in troubleshooting (safe) mode.

Specifically, it seems anything using both ctrl+alt will not register alt, only ctrl. alt, alt+shift, and ctrl+shift all seem to work fine, but ctrl+alt and ctrl+alt+shift do not. Again, this works fine in stable, so I am clueless as to why it doesn't work in my other instance.

Another detail is that this happens on multiple websites, not just one. The post prominent one is Google Sheets. In sheets, you can insert the date using `ctrl+;`, the time using `ctrl+shift+;`, and both using `ctrl+alt+shift+;`. Inserting them separately works fine, but both causes only one to insert.

PDF files: settings is set to "Always ask" (see attached) However, when I click on a PDF link, and get the dialog "Open With" is grayed out, and the only option available is "Save File" (see attached screenshot). (A few weeks or months ago it all worked correctly.)

Is there a way to get "Open" working again?

Fire Fox will not print (printer dialog box doesnt come up. It just prints everything...and I want to be able to choose how many pages, size, etc before printing. This started happening right after the last update

After a Firefox update, my bookmarks menu, which was on the left side of the screen vanished. I have not been able to restore it. When I click the bookmark box (at the top of the page) I get three choices showing up on the upper left side of the screen. 1) Summarize , brainstorm, etc. 2) Tabs from other devices. and 3) History. So how do I get bookmarks???

Liebes Firefox-Team, ungefähr Mitte letzte Woche habe ich im Firefox-Browser 2 Tab-Gruppen erstellt. Aber nachdem ich den Browser wieder geschlossen und mir anschließend die aktuellste Firefox-Version heruntergeladen habe, waren die 2 Tab-Gruppen urplötzlich verschwunden und unauffindbar.

Jetzt hoffe ich ganz stark, dass Ihr weiterhelfen und mir hier sagen könnt, wo bei Firefox meine 2 Tab-Gruppen abgeblieben sind.

My problem is as described in the subject line: I'm getting multiple instances of Firefox opened when I click links from email or web pages.

This just started happening within the last couple of days. In the past, whenever I opened a link a new window was opened in the already open instance of Firefox. Somehow some setting has been changed (a guess) that has caused a change in behavior.

Firefox is my default browser, but I do keep Chrome open for some testing of HTML/CSS I'm writing. Chrome is NOT my default browser.

I did some searching without finding anything I understood well enough to implement.

I would appreciate any help with this issue as having multiple instances of the app running is driving my octogenarian brain nuts.

When I enable a theme, it doesn’t apply properly. Instead, the color that appears is just the default color of the browser. Sometimes the theme applies, but when I open a new browser window, the theme I enabled disappears. Why is this happening? Tysm :)

I am trying to inspect dom to see the content of a dropdown for my selenium test and I am facing the following issue:

1. Click on a drop down select (ex Language) 2. It adds a list of language divs to the dom 3. Open Inspector to see them 4. List of languages is is not visible in the dom as it is collapsed in the inspector by default 5. Click to expand the list in the dom 6. That triggers a "click away" event and code removes the list of languages from the dom 7. Back to point 1 :(

Is there any way to break this dead loop? 1. Expand all nodes in the inspector by default 2. Disable any dom manipulation events
