I have not used the service since the renewal. Please cancel my subscription and refund the latest charge to my original payment method.

I once had a Firefox Sync account under the email [redacted] @outlook.com that I no longer can get into because of the loss of the MFA device and the recovery codes. I now use a different Firefox account under [redacted] @outlook.com. However, I did have a yearly subscription to Mozilla VPN tied to the old account that I need canceled ASAP. Are you all able to go in and cancel it for me?
