I never got a chance to restart firefox after an update was ready to be installed it crashed, now when i go to about firefox to see if there is an update it says im up to date, but under recent updates it says the last one was on the 6th of september.
Firefox crashed before i could restart for an update, how do i get the most recent update today installed? The last update was on the 6th under recent updates.

The updater was turned off due to a problem with some add-ons disappearing when they get updated at the same time as the installation of the Firefox 7.0 update. A Firefox 7.0.1 "chemspill" update is being worked on to fix that issue, but it may take a few days to get it ready for release.

Thanks for the speedy response! So i guess ill just have to wait for the next update in the next couple days.
