I have my page setup, so when I open Firefox>File>Page Setup> Margins & Header/Footer (Tab), I have these Headers: Title-blank-URL...and these footers: Page # of # -blank- Date/Time. __________________________

Some time ago, had no problem with showing headers and footers on my Firefox printed pages.

But, at present, they are all blank (they print no headers/footer information at all).

Is there a way to fix this?
