You can go to https://addons.mozilla.org/ to search and install for an extension. Here's a handy link to search for extensions related to download helper. Personally, I'd go with the one with Recommended label since they're regularly reviewed by Mozilla staff. More about that Recommended Extensions program.

Video download helper button disappeared from the toolbar next to Adblock plus and Save to pocket buttons. What can I do to make it appear there again?

To add an extension to your toolbar, you can click on the Extension menu on the toolbar (the puzzle icon), click the gear icon next to add on you want to display, and select Pin to Toolbar.
