I used to be able with Morzilla via website 'Telstra My Account' log in to access my Bigpond Web Mail. I used this to access e-mail when on the move. E.G. visiting New Zealand. At home in Australia I use Firefox to access my e-mail. Now when I log in to the 'Telstra My Account' and click on "Web Mail', a page opens with all the usual headings for the e-mail but no e-mail listed. Checking with 'Bigpond Help person their solution was: Buy and install "Outlook" as a different browser.
