email account fails to login, triggers blocking by host
One of six email accounts consistently triggers a "fail" by the host server, leading to the blocking of my mails and web pages.
Thunderbird 102.2.2 install may have been the source of the problem. Updated now to 102.3.0 but still a problem.
All of the parameters of the bad account are the same as other, successful accounts.
Also, the parameters on the host are the same, and the password is the same on host and in Thunderbird.
I need to retain the old emails on the account for my records; I can forward new mails to another account.
How can I retain the old emails for reference while preventing the account from trying to login? Can I delete the account but retain the old emails??
