Deleted emails

I was deleting old emails when suddenly all the emails I wanted to save were deleted. Any way to retrieve them?

For a start, I created a backup of my profile location: cp -R ~/.thunderbird ~/.thunderbird_backup


Now, I need to find the location of the logs. Could you please help here? Thanks a lot!
