I have no problem with Yahoo in Chrome. No problem with the Yahoo email mobile app.

I am not a Chrome fan, but It is not unusual for me to have to use Chrome to avoid random website behavior issues with Firefox.

Firefox has always had problems processing forms. Not every time, just once in a while and that can be so infrequent that I don't see the browser being the issue until I contact support at the company whose site I'm having issues with. This could be processing a checkout form on a site after purchasing an item. This latest incident involves me trying to fill out an open enrollment form for benefits at the 3rd party benefits administrator because I got fired in Nov [along with many others]. I tried to fill out the re enrollment form and it simply went in circles and never completed. The name of the benefits administrator is "bswift" if that makes any difference. You know what they told me when I called and said I was using Firefox? "Well... you should be using Chrome or Edge." Doesn't happen often, but companies know there is a problem with Firefox. In that case, why are there ZERO help articles on this site on the issues of forms? I tried phrasing the question 5 different ways. The last one gave "Found 52 results for ‘forms don't work’ for ‘All Products’ ". If the companies that I call know that Firefox is an issue, and this has been going on for a LONG time, years, then why has this not been addressed? Either by Mozilla, or by someone in the Forums? Not a single one of the 52 results were even close to my issue. I am simply at a lost to understand why I am the only one in the world forms don't work for. I have to stop, move to Chrome, and start whatever it was I was doing all over again. I have been using this product since Netscape 1.0, and was around long before windows or browsers existed. Any insights are appreciated. Thank you.

When I go to google.com/maps, I immediately see a map drawing of my location - then as the site *finishes* loading, the display area CLEARS, leaving the menu and various "hover" items from the site.

Just...no "roads". 🤣 Just a big vanilla background image.

Google maps works in another browser - the issue is just in Firefox.

Currently on Win 10, running under Parallels on a MacBook Pro. (Maps works great under the Mac OS as well!)

All of a sudden today yahoo will not load I am able to load fine with edge I keep trying and sometimes it will partially load..I've used firefox for years along with yahoo wth zero issues..please help I have cleared browsing history etc to no avil

Ever since the last update, I haven't been able to log into my yahoo account. I am able to access the account through other browsers and on my phone but not on my laptop.

i regularly use a website for my taxi dispatch but for some reason it doesnt display dpf icons where they display on other browsers(chrome). i think its down to settings

Since upgrading to 147 last night, ChatGPT does not work and there are issues with other websites (Amazon side bar). Numerous people reported it on reddit. Any suggestions for a fix?

Hallo Forum! Ich kann mich mit Firefox 147.0 (64-Bit) nicht bei https://auth.openai.com anmelden. Mit diesem Link kommt nur eine leere Seite. Mit https://chatgpt.com/ kommt der anmelde Buton aber der ist ohne Funktion. Ich habe chatgpt schon zu den Ausnahmen im Kaspersky hinzugefügt ohne Erfolg. Im privaten Fenster im Firefox auch kein Erfolg. Einzig im Edge funktionert alles. Hoffentlich habe ich mein Problem gut beschrieben und Ihr könnt mir bitte helfen? Grüße Telly

My instagram does not open on my firefox browser. I have cleard all the cookies and cashes. I tried Incongnito, hot spot sharing. I have tried everything its still not working. Can you help me?

My ChatGPT page is malfunctioning.

Right now, the webpage is not showing any past chats nor is anything functioning. Earlier, I could see the past chats, but when I opened any of them I could not see the ChatGPT responses. I have disabled all extensions, have cleared the cache, and restarted Firefox several times but the problem persists.

The problem is specific to using Firefox, as both the ChatGPT phone app and the Chrome browser ChatGPT page work.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

I am having an issue with my Instagram account on PC (web version).

I can log in successfully, but after logging in the page does not load. It only shows the Instagram logo and stays stuck on the loading screen. Refreshing the page does not help.

Important details:

Instagram works normally on my mobile phone (app)

The account is not blocked or disabled

I changed my password successfully

I tried different browsers (Firefox, Edge, Chrome)

I cleared cache and cookies

I tried private/incognito mode

The problem only happens on PC, not on mobile

Because everything works fine on my phone, I believe this is a problem with the Instagram web version or a browser-related issue on your side.

Please check my account and let me know how I can fix this or regain normal access on PC.
