106.0.2 locks up Windows Explorer (Not Responding) on my Win 7 machine as soon as it starts. After restarting Explorer, it seems to continue working. I have seen this issue reported earlier.

Hi. I want to sync with my work pc (it used to work just fine but when I synced to a newer third pc- successfully- it just stopped). When i try to sign in on the work pc it asks me for the primary password which it then FAILS to recognise to allow me to proceed! What's going on? I can't even log onto sites with saved passwords anymore. Any help appreciated.

ONLY IN FIREFOX when I open Spider Solitaire there is an hotel video ALWAYS in the lower right corner - NOT WITH GOOGLE. I try to block it but no go. Here's the site. Today, I cannot open Cox E-mail using Firefox, but I can with Google Chrome (which I pretty much never use). See the error message below, can someone help? I have a Dell E6520 laptop running Window 7. Thanks.

Contrast disappears when I klick 'Login' eg. on 'https://www.elektor.de/'; other browsers are ok. AdGuard on or off makes no difference. Kind Regards [removed email from public]

Hopefully you can help. I know this may be a Microsoft issue or question but I'm having trouble in finding a reasonable way to contact them for help. My question is, my computer runs slow, and so I thought I would clean up my files by using the Microsoft disk clean up procedure. I did so. But, my specific question is what is a good number to have when the it says a given number of disk space can be cleaned up? For example, I believe when I first tried to clean the disk it said 5.1 GB of disk space could be cleaned. When I ran the disk clean process and it completed it then said 66 KB of disk space could be cleaned. So how much disk space did I gain or get cleaned up? And, if I can only clean up 66 KB of disk space is that indicative of not really needing to clean the disk any farther? Hopefully some one can help. While this may be a Microsoft issue, I believe the Firefox contributors have enough computer knowledge to help answer my question. At least that is my hope. Thank you.

'Block Site' merely blocks access to a list of sites, but does not stop them appearing. is there a way to stop websites which use <gob.mx> in the address, which attempt to re-direct to 'mirror' sites that try to steal personal info and generate 'Illegal re-direct' warnings from anti-virus programs from appearing in firefox searches, automatically, rather than having to enter <XXXXXXX, -gob.mx> each time I search ?

I was trying to change some settings on Firefox and I accidentally closed it and lost all of my tabs. I have the setting enabled to open tabs from last browsing session, but I was messing with the extension OneTab and I lost my open tabs.

Just to be clear, it wasn't the fault of OneTab, this is was my fault for closing Firefox too quickly when it was restoring my tabs and I didn't allow it to finish.

Anyway, in attempting to recover my tabs, I have restored from backup my "sessionrestore-backups" folder; this didn't work. I have also restored my entire Mozilla folder in my profile; this also didn't work.

I also tried following this article (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-restore-browsing-session-backup), but the sessionstore.jsonlz4 file doesn't exist. I did a search for this file in my profile and it doesn't exist anywhere.

Does anyone have any ideas that may help?

to archieve some good old games, I use an special version of Firefox. Firefox (MyPal): 29.2.0, with Adobe Flash preinstalled, Disk-Cache

For most games it will suffice: After loading all content online, it will be available offline too. But... some audio/video files will be saved in memory cache - %temp%\mozilla-temp-files\*[random-auffix] - instead of in disk cache. After closing session they get deleted and after restart they are saved again, with another suffix.

How can I tell Firefox to permanent save streamed audio/video files, like Firefox does with everything else? In the end the music should play if I open the browser offline too.

Deleting autofill entries does not work per article. The info is still there. Clearing history does not work either. Do I need to restart computer for it to forget/delete entries? Thank you. Fred couvrette

I have one site that produces PDF files that Firefox will not open correctly, my other browsers do not have a problem with PDF. What should I be looking for to correct.

Currently running 115.4.0esr, 64 bit... I have auto updates disabled via the json policy, yet every day I keep getting the warning about an update required and must go to download it... How can I disable the warning? It is annoying.

As well, while here in the forums, I did the "about firefox" thing to get the version and despite my settings, FF downloaded an update and wants me to restart to install it... what if I dont want it?

I get that you folks want to make things .... right... but there have been many changes that I am not fond of. Please respect my privacy and let me update by my own choice.

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? Hi, I installed the new update yesterday. This morning, I cannot access anything through my usual Firefox browser. I'm making this report from Google - which is working fine on the same computer. When I try to access any websites, the usual tab opens with a greyed-out "X" (or hourglass?) on the left of the tab - then nothing happens. I've tried restarting - no luck. I suspect yesterday's update was flawed/had a glitch. Please help.

I can't play certain games on pogo.com. I had a version of just Firefox I used before & it worked great. If anyone could please help, i would appreciate it, thanks!
